SmartAGV

SmartAGV is the automation brand of ESA Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company (ESATECH), a Vietnamese company with more than 10 years of experience designing and manufacturing automated guided vehicles (AGV) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for local factories.

The company builds custom AGV/AMR mobile robots and components alongside fleet-management software such as iFMS, iWMS, and multi-robot management systems, and also distributes industrial robots and cobots; it reports more than 800 robots deployed across over 300 projects for more than 200 manufacturing customers in Vietnam.

1. Custom AGV/AMR: mobile robots for transport, lifting, towing, and pallet handling.

2. Fleet management: iFMS and MRMS software coordinate multiple robots in one facility.

3. Warehouse management: iWMS software manages inventory and automated storage flows.

4. Industrial robots and cobots: distributes robotic arms alongside its mobile robot line.

5. ODM/OEM service: designs and manufactures robots to customer specifications.

6. Local support: installation, integration, maintenance, and after-sales service in Vietnam.
