The platform combines a property management system and channel manager that syncs listings across major booking sites, an AI guest agent that automates most guest messaging, digital smart locks for keyless check-in, and automated lease and tax-compliance documents. Customers include individual landlords, professional property managers, hotels, coliving operators, and partners who embed rental inventory through the ApartX API.
