Trace One is a product lifecycle management and compliance software company founded in Paris in 2001, serving manufacturers and retailers in food and beverage, cosmetics and specialty chemicals; in April 2025 it was acquired by Main Capital Partners from STG, and the company also operates offices in New York and Shanghai.

Its Devex PLM manages recipe formulation, specifications and supplier data, while a separate compliance suite screens ingredients against country-specific food regulations and generates safety data sheets; sustainability and packaging modules add lifecycle-impact scoring, and the company reports more than 9,000 brands using its software, including Barilla, Ferrero, McCormick and Tesco.
