1. Technology overview
eMemory Technology is a semiconductor IP company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. It was established to give chip designers embedded non-volatile memory blocks that can be added directly onto a logic manufacturing process without extra mask steps.
The company licenses logic non-volatile memory IP — including NeoBit and NeoFuse one-time-programmable memory, NeoMTP and NeoFlash multi-time-programmable and eFlash blocks — alongside NeoPUF physical-unclonable-function security IP marketed under its PUFsecurity products. Customers are fabless chip designers embedding these memory and security blocks into microcontrollers, power-management ICs, display drivers and IoT chips.
