1. Technology overview
Naluri was founded in 2017 by Azran Osman-Rani and Jeremy Ting and operates today under Naluri Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. It builds digital therapeutics that combine behavioural science with human-led support, addressing the shortage of registered health professionals across Southeast Asia by pairing an app with remote coaches, psychologists and dietitians.
The platform is sold to employers and insurers as an employee assistance programme, a chronic disease management programme covering mental health, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol, performance coaching and training, Mental Health First Aid training, emergency and crisis support, and trust and safety support for content moderation teams. Consultations and assessments are booked in-app. Naluri reports more than one million members served and over 200 companies supported, with services running in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
