DiaB is a Vietnamese digital health company operating as DIA-B Medical Technology Company Limited, registered in Ho Chi Minh City on 10 November 2020 and with an office in Singapore. It builds structured chronic-disease management programmes for organisations, addressing the gap between a periodic hospital visit and the daily self-management that determines outcomes in diabetes, hypertension and metabolic disease.

The platform combines a mobile application tracking seven health indicators with coached lifestyle programmes, nutrition counselling and physician question-and-answer support. Programme lines cover diabetes management and DSMES lifestyle change, hypertension and cardiovascular care, chronic kidney disease, gestational diabetes, obesity and metabolic disorders. DiaB sells these as corporate employee wellness packages and as programmes for insurance partners, and reports more than 2,000 people managed through its lifestyle programmes and partnerships with over 20 hospitals in Vietnam.
