Clarifresh, formerly known as Clarifruit, is an Israeli agri-food technology company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Rishon LeZion. It builds AI-powered quality control tools that replace manual, subjective produce inspection with standardized, real-time assessments across the fresh produce supply chain.

The platform captures produce images and quality data at receiving docks, packhouses and distribution centers, then applies computer vision to score attributes such as size, color, ripeness and defects. Results feed ERP-integrated dashboards used by growers, marketing companies, wholesalers and retailers, including customers such as Dole Sunshine, Zespri and Angus Soft Fruits.
