1. Technology overview
Intello Labs is an agri-food technology company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Gurugram, India, with deployments across India, Europe, South Africa and Australia. It builds what it calls physical AI: machine vision, robotics and data intelligence applied to fresh produce quality assessment.
The system pairs hardware such as a sorting and grading machine, a tray packer robot and the FlowStar weighing and packing unit with a data intelligence layer for analytics and traceability, plus a digital mandi platform for remote, quality-linked auctions. Customers include aggregators, packhouses, agricultural markets, retailers, quick-commerce operators, exporters and importers handling commodities such as apple, citrus, pomegranate, mango, onion and tomato.
