1. Technology overview
Oware Technologies is a supply chain execution software company founded in 2021 in Karachi, Pakistan by Adil Nisar and Raza Kazmi, later adding a US holding entity in Delaware. It started by operating a network of shared warehouses in Karachi, expanded to Lahore, Islamabad and Multan, then built its O360 software to run those operations and license it to other companies across the MENAP region.
O360 is a modular platform covering warehouse management, transportation management, manufacturing execution and order orchestration on top of a customer’s existing ERP, with a control tower that gives cross-site visibility and flags exceptions. It is used by manufacturers, distributors, FMCG companies and 3PLs such as Total, Santex and Dynamic Worldwide Logistics Group, running over 500 sites and tracking more than 500,000 SKUs.
