1. Technology overview
L2L, formerly known as Leading2Lean, is a US manufacturing software company founded in 2010 and now headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was built to remove the daily blockers, such as unplanned downtime, disconnected teams and manual tracking, that keep factory floors from running at full productivity.
The Connected Manufacturing Operations platform combines shop-floor execution, maintenance management (CMMS/EAM), production monitoring for OEE, digital work instructions and skills training, plus an AWS-powered Execution AI module that recommends actions from live data. It is used by manufacturers such as Heineken, Autoliv, Sonoco, Ingersoll Rand, Jeld-Wen and BorgWarner.
