Hanoi City People's Committee is a state administrative body within the administrative system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

It serves as the executive arm of the Hanoi City People's Council and acts as the local state administrative authority. The Committee is accountable to the City People's Council and the Central State agencies of Vietnam. It is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Constitution, laws, Government instruments, and Resolutions passed by the City People's Council.
