Hoa Binh Innovation Center (HBIC) is physically located at the heart of Science Zone, Saigon HiTech Park, Ho Chi Minh City. premium next to the two main roads of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Science Space Park. With the symbol of pigeon representing the peace and creative landscape, HBIC will be the home for R&D people, startup stakeholders, innovation forces interacting with one another to generate exponential values.

Hoa Binh Innovation Center - HBIC is the first designed, constructed, and operated large-scale innovation center by a private corporation in Viet Nam. HBIC pursues the model of open innovation center which connects startups, SME, and researchers to serve the corporations with innovative solutions to their actual business problems. Furthermore, this strategic model of an open innovation center makes HBIC a connecting gateway for innovation resources between Vietnam and other countries in the world. 
From this direction, HBIC develops and provides services, R&D and innovation support to the Business community in Vietnam and the community of researchers, inventors, and deep-tech startups.
