FPT.AI is the enterprise artificial intelligence platform of FPT Smart Cloud, a member company of FPT Corporation, headquartered in Hanoi with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo. Its conversational products serve Vietnamese banks and finance companies whose call centres absorb high volumes of repetitive enquiries about cards, e-banking faults, interest rates, exchange rates and repayments.

The conversational range covers FPT AI Chat for multi-channel chatbots, FPT AI Engage for inbound and outbound voicebots, FPT AI Agents for omni-channel virtual assistants and FPT AI Mentor for staff training, alongside FPT AI eKYC and FPT AI Read for onboarding and document processing. Vietcombank’s VCB Digibot, built on FPT.AI, handled about 2 million customer requests and resolved 88.5% of them without transfer to an adviser. Other financial customers include MB Bank, SeABank, Sacombank, VIB, Home Credit and FWD. FPT.AI reports more than 3,000 clients, over 16 million end users and more than 200 million automated interactions.
