Vbee JSC is a Vietnamese speech and conversational AI company founded in January 2018 by Ho Minh Duc and Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, headquartered in Ba Dinh, Hanoi. It builds Vietnamese-language voice technology for contact centres, including banks and consumer finance companies that run large outbound programmes for payment reminders, collections, verification and customer surveys.

Three products form the range: AIVoice, a Vietnamese text-to-speech engine launched in June 2018; AI Call Center, known as AICall, released in December 2019 to automate inbound and outbound calls; and SmartDialog, a conversational AI platform for building virtual assistants launched in March 2020. Speech recognition was added in 2021. By June 2023 the company reported more than one million users, over 60 billion characters converted to speech and more than 200 million automated calls. Customers displayed on the site include TPBank, Sacombank, HDBank, FE Credit, MoMo and VNPAY.

1. AICall: automated call centre that places and answers calls with personalised content, running 24/7 without agent capacity limits.

2. AIVoice: Vietnamese text-to-speech with emotional prosody, the product that won the top Nhan tai Dat Viet prize in 2018.

3. SmartDialog: conversational AI platform for building virtual assistants, launched March 2020.

4. Vietnamese speech recognition added in 2021, tuned for regional accents on telephone-quality audio.

5. Banking and finance deployments shown include TPBank, Sacombank, HDBank, FE Credit, MoMo and VNPAY.

6. Reported volume by June 2023: 1 million-plus users, 60 billion-plus characters synthesised, 200 million-plus automated calls.
