CODIX

CODIX is a French software vendor founded in 1993, headquartered in Sophia-Antipolis, Valbonne. It develops a single product, iMX, an event-driven case management platform for commercial finance, sold to banks, factoring subsidiaries and specialist finance companies that want factoring, invoice discounting and supply chain finance on one core system instead of separate ledgers.

iMX covers factoring, invoice discounting, self-allocation (shadow ledger), borrowing-base bulk financing, supply chain finance, leasing, corporate loans, accounts receivable management and debt collection. Modules include KYC and scoring linked to Dun & Bradstreet and Equifax, API integration with credit insurers Atradius, Euler Hermes and Coface, more than 50 limit types, syndication and club deals, the white-labelled iMX Extranet portal for suppliers, buyers and funders, and the iMX Analysis and Decision BI module. The platform runs in 28 languages; CODIX reports over 100 delivered projects and more than 800 engineers across offices in France, Bulgaria, Spain, Tunisia, Morocco, the UAE, Mexico, the United States and Vietnam.
