We are looking for a Project Coordination Trainee to help deliver innovation programmes and give clients and ecosystem partners the best experience. The role suits someone interested in innovation, startups and ecosystem building, who enjoys working where business, research and project coordination meet.

• Reports to: Senior Client Excellence Executive.
• Works with: The Senior Client Excellence Executive and Client Excellence Executives.

What you will do

• Project coordination & delivery: Help plan, coordinate and deliver innovation projects and programmes, on time, in scope and in line with their goals.
• Programme & stakeholder management: Help coordinate startup scouting, accelerator programmes, corporate innovation projects and ecosystem activities; work closely with internal teams, clients, experts, startups and partners.
• Project tracking & records: Keep plans, timelines, databases, reports and project documents accurate, up to date and filed to company standards.
• Communication & admin support: Support project communications, coordinate meetings, and prepare proposals, reports, presentations, minutes and other admin tasks.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
