Doctrin Patient Communication Platform

Doctrin AB is a Swedish healthcare software company based at Gavlegatan 16 in Stockholm. It provides a communication platform that helps care providers manage patient contact, where long phone queues and manual intake slow access to care.

The platform includes smart patient intake, case management, digital mailings and video meetings, plus dashboards and AI support. Doctrin Source is certified as an MDR class IIa medical device. Customers include Praktikertjanst, Region Sormland, Capio and WeMind, and it launched in France with Ramsay Sante outpatient psychiatry in March 2025.

Health systems are moving patient access to digital channels to relieve phone queues and triage demand. Vietnamese hospital groups and private clinic chains building online booking and pre-visit intake face the same access and workload issues, though a Vietnamese-language version would be needed.
