1. Technology overview
Agridence is a Singapore-headquartered agri-commodity technology company. It began in 2018 as HeveaConnect, a platform for digitising the natural rubber supply chain, and adopted the Agridence name in 2022 as the holding company for its commodity platforms. Its focus is the EU Deforestation Regulation, which requires operators to prove that wood, rubber, palm oil, cocoa, coffee, soy and cattle products come from plots that were not deforested, with enforcement for large operators opening on 30 December 2026.
The company sells a traceability and compliance platform that runs from the first mile to regulatory filing. AgriTrace provides mobile-first data capture and farm plot mapping in the field; a Supplier Portal centralises supplier data collection; the Agridence Platform consolidates upstream data; ConnectHub connects to customer ERP systems and files due diligence statements into the EU TRACES system; a configurable Forms platform and a Certification Standards platform handle audits and schemes such as RSPO and GPSNR. The company operates across 20 countries, is ISO 27001 certified and GS1 EPCIS compliant, and lists customers including Mondelez, Continental, Goodyear, Sucafina and Itochu. In August 2025 it acquired the European traceability provider farmer connect.
