Alchip Technologies is an ASIC design and manufacturing services company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, by semiconductor engineers from Silicon Valley and Japan. It was created to help systems companies that need custom chips but lack an in-house physical design and production team.

The company provides SoC front-end and physical back-end design, IP integration and verification, design-for-testability, and advanced packaging and test services, working as a design center partner within TSMC’s foundry ecosystem. Its customers are fabless systems and semiconductor companies that need a partner to take a chip design from RTL through mass production.
