1. Technology overview
Clanbeat is an Estonian edtech company founded in 2016 in Tallinn, originally built as a personal-growth and mentoring tool for organisations. During the COVID-19 pandemic the team redirected the product toward schools, building wellbeing and social-emotional learning tools for students and teachers.
The platform lets teachers and coordinators track wellbeing trends across a class, run structured reflections, and co-create social-emotional learning curricula with their groups. International schools, youth organisations and lifelong-learning communities use it to spot at-risk students early and to support one-on-one mentoring relationships.
