Coolset

Coolset is a Netherlands-based ESG and compliance software company founded in 2022 and headquartered in Amsterdam. It was built to help mid-market companies, which often lack dedicated sustainability teams, comply with EU regulations such as CSRD, CBAM and the EU Deforestation Regulation without hiring large consulting teams.

The Coolset platform combines carbon accounting for Scope 1-3 emissions with modules for CSRD double-materiality assessment, CBAM import-emissions declarations, and EUDR supply-chain due-diligence documentation. It automates data collection from suppliers and generates audit-ready reports. Coolset serves more than 500 mid-market customers across food and beverage, manufacturing and wholesale, including Heineken and Alpina Group.

2. CSRD module: Runs double-materiality assessment and drafts ESRS-aligned reports.

3. CBAM declarations: Prepares quarterly import-emissions reports for EU customs.

4. EUDR due diligence: Collects geolocation and supplier documents for deforestation-free proof.
