EcholoN (mIT solutions)

mIT solutions GmbH is a German software company founded in 1994 and based in Borstel-Hohenraden near Hamburg, Germany. Since its founding, the company has developed EcholoN, an enterprise application framework used for service management and, within that framework, quality management for standards such as ISO 9001.

The EcholoN quality management module covers document control with versioning and approval workflows, internal and external audit planning, feedback and complaint handling with automated improvement measures, risk assessment, and action management with responsibility mapping and reminders, sold in Express, Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions. mIT solutions reports around 50 employees and more than 400 customers using its EcholoN platform.
