1. Technology overview
Finverity is a supply chain finance technology company founded in 2017 in London by Slava Oganezov and Alex Fenechiu. It targets the trade finance gap in emerging markets, supplying software that lets banks and non-bank financial institutions originate and service open-account trade finance without manual spreadsheets.
The core product, FinverityOS, is a white-label, API-first platform covering payables finance, receivables finance, distributor finance, purchase order finance, inventory finance, loans and Islamic finance, with a single interface for the lender’s internal teams, corporate buyers and suppliers. Customer operations span 14 countries. In March 2026 QNB Group selected FinverityOS as the white-label platform to run its supply chain finance and open-account trade finance products across 10 countries, replacing processes fragmented across systems. Finverity also partners with trade finance software vendor Surecomp for documentary trade workflows, and FinverityOS is listed on Finastra’s app marketplace.
