Global Unichip Corp (GUC) is a Taiwanese ASIC design and production services company headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, majority-owned by TSMC and positioned as an advanced ASIC partner for customers needing custom silicon. GUC addresses the challenge fabless companies face turning complex chip designs into manufacturable, high-yield silicon, particularly for AI, high-performance computing and automotive applications.

GUC provides SoC design and verification, chip physical implementation, advanced 2.5D/3D packaging, design-for-testability and production engineering including package design, testing and supply chain management, plus an IP portfolio covering high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and mixed-signal interfaces.
