GSM (Xanh SM)

GSM operates the Xanh SM ride-hailing and taxi brand using an all-electric VinFast fleet, combined with a vehicle leasing program that lets drivers access EVs without large upfront capital, and a ride-hailing app for consumer bookings. The company grew to one of Vietnam’s largest taxi fleets within roughly a year of launch, an unusually fast scale-up in the mobility sector.

By vertically integrating vehicle manufacturing (via VinFast), leasing, and the ride-hailing app under one group, GSM controls the full value chain from EV production to end-consumer transportation service, differentiating it from ride-hailing platforms that only operate the software layer.
