Ibex Medical Analytics

Ibex Medical Analytics is a digital pathology company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. It builds AI software that supports pathologists in diagnosing cancer from digitized tissue slides, aiming to reduce missed or delayed cancer diagnoses caused by growing pathology workloads.

The Ibex platform includes Ibex Breast Suite for breast biopsy analysis, Ibex Gastric for gastric biopsy review, and Ibex Prostate Detect for prostate cancer detection, the company’s first FDA-cleared product, cleared in February 2025 with a 99.6% positive predictive value in validation studies. The models are trained on more than 10 million pathology slides and are used by laboratories such as Alverno Laboratories in the United States; the platform holds CE-IVD certification and is registered with UK MHRA, Australia’s TGA and Brazil’s ANVISA.
