Juspay

Juspay is a payments technology company founded in 2012 by Vimal Kumar and Ramanathan RV, headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with offices in Singapore, Dublin, San Francisco and Sao Paulo. It builds the orchestration layer that sits between a bank or merchant and the many acquirers, PSPs and local payment methods it must connect to, so that routing, retries and reconciliation are handled in one place instead of in each integration.

The platform covers dynamic routing across payment providers, hosted checkout and payment links, recurring and subscription billing, 3DS authentication including passkeys and Click to Pay, network tokenisation and a token vault, payouts to cards, bank accounts and wallets, an offers engine, three-way automated reconciliation and retry-based revenue recovery. Juspay states more than 300 PSP integrations, coverage of over 50 countries and 500-plus enterprise customers including HSBC, Amazon, Google, Flipkart and Agoda. Its orchestrator was open-sourced in 2022 as Hyperswitch. The company raised a USD 60 million Series D led by Kedaara Capital, with SoftBank and Accel participating.
