Lightspeed Commerce is a Canadian commerce-technology company headquartered in Montreal, founded in 2005, that builds cloud-based point-of-sale and commerce software for independent retail, restaurant and golf businesses. It was created to replace legacy, disconnected checkout systems with a single platform that lets merchants sell both in person and online.
