Medpro (PKH Application JSC)

Medpro is a Vietnamese healthcare technology platform operated by PKH Application Joint Stock Company (tax code 0314886357) in Ho Chi Minh City, in operation since 2020. It supplies hospitals and clinics with the digital front door they usually lack: online appointment booking, queue numbers, cashless payment and result delivery, so that facilities can shorten on-site waiting and registration queues.

The platform is deployed as a branded booking and payment channel for each partner facility and integrates with the facility’s own systems for queue allocation, laboratory test booking, follow-up scheduling and video consultation. Medpro also runs corporate health check-up programmes for employers. The company reports more than 100 hospitals, more than 300 healthcare facilities and over 2,500 doctors on the network, with more than 4 million appointments processed.
