Metalpine

Metalpine is based in Graz, Austria, part of the htm Group, and has held its metal powder production license at the Graz site since October 2019. The company manufactures spherical metal powders for additive manufacturing and thermal spray coating, addressing demand for high-purity, satellite-free powders as metal 3D printing scales into industrial production.

Its product line covers copper-based, iron-based (stainless steel), nickel-based, titanium-based and molybdenum alloy powders, atomized in a contamination-free cleanroom originally built for biomedical and electronics use. The plant is ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certified, and Metalpine supplies additive manufacturing and coating operations through the htm Group’s facilities in Germany, Austria, Bahrain and Japan.
