1. Technology overview
Mingo Smart Factory is a manufacturing analytics company founded in 2015 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, originally named SensrTrx before rebranding in 2022. It was created to give small and mid-sized manufacturers real-time visibility into machine performance without replacing existing equipment, and in 2024 the company was acquired by supply-chain software provider Nulogy, which continues to sell it under the Mingo Smart Factory name.
The platform automatically collects data from plant-floor machines and combines it with manual operator entries to calculate OEE, downtime, scrap and labor metrics on real-time scoreboards and dashboards. Automotive, food and beverage, and consumer packaged goods manufacturers such as Louisiana Fish Fry and Lyons Blow Molding use it to replace spreadsheets with automated reporting and shop-floor alerts.
