Sunfire

Sunfire is a green hydrogen technology company headquartered in Dresden, Germany, operating since 2015. It sells electrolysis systems to industrial companies that need to replace fossil natural gas or hydrogen with electricity-based production for chemicals, steel, fuels and other processes.

The company offers two electrolyzer product lines: the HyLink Alkaline pressurized alkaline electrolyzer, marketed with up to 50 percent savings in total installed cost, and the HyLink SOEC solid-oxide electrolyzer for higher-efficiency applications. Sunfire recently secured a 200 MW electrolyzer order in Spain and supplies systems sized from megawatts up to gigawatt-scale annual production for industrial customers.
