1. Technology overview
Twinzo is a digital twin platform developed by 5.0 technologies j.s.a., a Slovak company with its registered office in Dunajska Streda and headquarters in the Technopol building in Bratislava, plus a North American entity in Wilmington, Delaware. The platform started in 2019 and addresses the gap between factory floor reality and the reports managers see: layouts, machine states and material movements are usually tracked in separate systems that never show one live picture.
Twinzo builds a live 3D twin of a plant or warehouse by combining real-time location data from RTLS tags, IoT sensor readings, production KPIs and material flow, then renders them on a navigable model accessible from desktop and mobile. Modules include the RTLS real-time location service, an automated ordering system for internal logistics calls, and a 3D Gemba board for shop-floor review meetings. Published references include Skoda, Whirlpool, Benteler, Plastic Omnium, Embraco and HB Reavis.
2. Highlighted features & specifications

3. IoT and KPI integration: sensor readings and production indicators are bound to the equipment they belong to.
4. Automated Ordering System: internal material calls are triggered from positions and states inside the twin.
5. 3D Gemba board: shop-floor review meetings run on the twin instead of static reports.
6. Industrial references: deployments published with Skoda, Whirlpool, Benteler, Plastic Omnium and Embraco.
