VeriSilicon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a Chinese semiconductor company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Shanghai, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market under ticker 688521 since its 2020 IPO. It was established to provide platform-based, one-stop custom silicon design services built on its own portfolio of semiconductor IP, reducing the cost and complexity of chip development for customers without in-house design teams.

VeriSilicon licenses in-house IP cores covering GPU, NPU, VPU, DSP, ISP and display processing, alongside more than 1,700 analog and mixed-signal, RF and interface IPs, and combines them into custom silicon platforms. Customers include fabless companies, IDMs, OEM/ODM system vendors, internet and cloud-service providers building chips for AI applications, smartwatches, AI PCs and phones, smart cars, robots and data centers.
