1. Technology overview
VibroBox is an industrial technology company based in Minsk, Belarus, founded in 2016 and resident of the Belarus High Technologies Park since 2019. It was built to automate vibration-based condition monitoring for rotating machinery, a task traditionally requiring on-site vibration analysts, and to make prescriptive maintenance affordable for manufacturers and heavy-equipment operators.
The service combines wireless vibration sensors and a telemetry unit installed on pumps, gearboxes, generators and other rotary equipment with a cloud platform that runs signal-processing and machine-learning algorithms to build a digital model of each machine. The platform automatically detects faults such as bearing wear, rotor imbalance and shaft misalignment, issues maintenance recommendations, and integrates with existing CMMS, MES, ERP and SCADA systems. Customers include automotive and mining equipment manufacturers such as the BELGEE car plant and BELAZ-Holding.
2. Highlighted features & specifications
1. Wireless vibration sensors: DVS-series sensors and telemetry units mount directly on rotating equipment.
2. Automated diagnostics: cloud algorithms analyze spectra and envelope signals without a human analyst.
3. Digital equipment model: each machine gets a kinematic model used to track its condition over time.
4. Fault classification: the system flags bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment and gear defects.
5. Maintenance recommendations: automatic reports translate diagnostics into concrete maintenance actions.
6. Enterprise integration: connects with CMMS, MES, ERP and SCADA systems already in use at the plant.
