Winnow Solutions is a food waste technology company founded in 2013 and headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It builds an AI system that helps commercial kitchens measure and reduce the food they throw away, now deployed at more than 3,500 sites across 94 countries.

The system, marketed as Throw and Go, pairs a camera with a connected scale at the kitchen bin: staff discard food as normal while the AI automatically identifies and weighs each item, generating daily reports without manual scanning. Customers span contract catering, hotels, cruise lines, casinos and retail, including IKEA, Hilton, Marriott and Accor, with IKEA alone reporting over 37 million dollars saved across more than 500 kitchens.
