RELEX Solutions is a supply chain and retail planning software company founded in 2005 by three former logistics students in Helsinki, Finland, where it remains headquartered. The company was created to help retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers replace fragmented spreadsheets and legacy planning tools with a single forecasting and optimization system.

Its unified, AI-native platform covers demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment, retail store operations such as workforce scheduling and assortment planning, and pricing and promotion optimization. Grocery, home improvement and specialty retailers connect point-of-sale and supply data to the platform to plan inventory and pricing decisions. Customers include Lowe’s, Sprouts Farmers Market, Petco and AutoZone.
